It is the intent and purpose of these specifications is to provide the Town of Amherst with insecticides for use in the Town's mosquito abatement program. Bid prices shall include all delivery, freight and/or other charges and represent the net figure delivered to the Town of Amherst. Bid will be awarded on a line by line basis to the lowest responsible bidder. Purchases will be on an as needed basis and quantities are not guaranteed.
