The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with (1) JLG Electric Scissor Lift, JLG 2632ES as described herein or EQUAL, “OR EQUAL” shall be “SOLELY” determined by the TOA and shall meet or exceed the functions and capabilities of the system requested herein. Bidders are encouraged to offer alternates. The TOA WPCF is also looking to enter into a 2 year time and materials term agreement that covers requested repairs and maintenance on the awarded electric scissor lift.
