Summary of Specifications:
This is a proposal for Commercial Lenders to quote on the transaction described below. This proposal shall include the financing of four (4) new snowplows and the refinancing of nine (9) snowplows currently financed with another financial institution. The estimated bid cost of the four new snowplows is $750,000.

Included in the amount to be financed is $457,254.00 or less which represents the sum of the four remaining payments to the other financial institution in 2015-2016. This amount is subject to change based on the actual payoff amount. The four new snowplows will be delivered in January 2015
