Summary of Specifications:
This public bid is to supply replacement parts for the repair of our Gorman Rupp Pumps. These parts will be ordered on an as needed basis, as determined by the Town of Amherst. The awarded bid will be to supply OEM or “EQUAL” parts “or EQUAL” determinations are to be made solely by the Town of Amherst. Attached within is a detailed breakdown of the parts that may be required by the Town of Amherst to repair our Gorman Rupp pumps. These parts can be Gorman Rupp direct replacement parts or “EQUAL”. “Or EQUAL” determinations are to be made solely by the bidding agency All Freight Charges for shipment to Town of Amherst, 455 Tonawanda Creek Road Amherst, NY 14228 must be included in quoted price as no additional charges will be considered. Bidder shall supply additional material as necessary to detail all warranty information.
