ITB-LK-2015002 - Mission Valves

Summary of Specifications:
This public bid is for the rebuild of 8” and 10” Mission Duo-Check II valves as outlined below. The intent is two rebuild two (2) 8” and two (2)10” Mission Duo-Check II valves immediately and after an in-house swap is completed by our staff, send those out for rebuild. The Town of Amherst is also Bidding two (2) new 8” and two (2) new 10” Mission Duo-Check II valves as described below or Equal “or EQUAL” determinations are to be made solely by the Town of Amherst. There is no guarantee of purchase for these at this time. All Freight Charges for pick up from and shipment to the Town of Amherst, 455 Tonawanda Creek Road Amherst, NY 14228 must be included in quoted price as no additional charges will be considered. There is no guarantee of a quantity of rebuilds and/or replacements expressed or implied in this contract. Purchases shall be made by the Town of Amherst on an as-needed basis.
