he purpose of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) with a Term Service Contract for a vendor to supply sludge conditioning chemical (organic polymer flocculent) (Polymer) to the Town of Amherst Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF), located at 455 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst NY 14228. Deliveries will only be accepted between the hours of 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. The successful bidder will provide the product and services described herein. The successful bidder will be awarded based on the lowest cost as determined by the Town of Amherst; all freight, delivery cost shall be included in the bid price as “NO ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE CONSIDERED”.
