The work under this Contract comprises the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials and labor for the construction of the Carmel Water District No. 9 Water Distribution System Upgrades, located in the Town of Carmel, New York, complete, in place, tested and ready for use in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by J. Robert Folchetti & Associates, L.L.C.
The Carmel Water District No. 9 Water Distribution System Upgrades Project consists of the
construction of replacement mains for the Carmel Water District No. 9 potable water
distribution system. The work includes, but is not limited to, approximately 3,500 linear feet
of 6” diameter DR14 PVC pipe, location of existing water and sewer utilities, and all other
appurtenant and related Work such as house services, valves, hydrants, paving, restoration,
demolitions, connections to existing facilities, and environmental protection as shown,
specified and required to complete the Project.
