Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Colonie anticipates having available up to 80,000 tons (approximately 110,000 cubic yards) of capacity for solid waste in the Town Landfill. The Town of Colonie is seeking proposals from companies, municipalities or parties (vendors) interested in disposing of solid waste at the Town Landfill. The Awarded Vendor(s) shall be the vendor(s) that provides the best per ton price for that non-hazardous solid waste presented for disposal at the Town Landfill.
