Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Colonie is requesting proposals from qualified facilities to provide the Town Animal Shelter Services as required by the Police Department Animal Control Division. The Town of Colonie is required by law to provide shelter services to animals seized pursuant to the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law articles 7 and 26. The Town would like to contract with one or more firms to provide this service as required that provides the best care for the animals and best value to the Town.
