Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Colonie seeks bids for the reconstruction of a 1 story burn building at the Town of Colonie Fire Training Center located at 108 Wade Road Latham, NY 12110. Scope of work associated with the reconstruction shall include poured concrete walls, CMU walls, metal roof trusses, pre-engineered stainless steel interior burn protection panelized wall system, metal roofing, flashing and metal siding materials including fire caulk. The bid packet is the entire project bid. Please review the specifications and only bid the portion that your company can provide. Each item is to be awarded individually. Vendors do not need to bid the entire project. Note: Bonds only required for construction portion of bid.
