Town of Cortlandt is seeking a mutually beneficial business relationship with a vendor to provide an integrated e-Agenda system to developed workflow/agenda management system. This system will be used by the Town Clerk and Town Board to provide meeting management where designated employees may place an item on an agenda with a predefined approval workflow for meetings, policy committee meetings, and boards and commissions. The system should be flexible enough to rearrange agenda items and to move items to different agendas. The system will include the ability to integrate video and audio recording of the meeting which can be tagged with the appropriate agenda item referenced. The system shall produce editable minutes of the meeting.  Boards and commissions nominees’ and appointees’ terms and information shall be tracked in the system to include reminders for upcoming ends of term. Agendas, minutes and once approved should be posted to the Town web site.
