The Scope of Work generally includes the following: Construction of a new Snackhouse including sitework/excavation, foundation, reinforced GFCMU walls, extending existing GFCMU walls to new finished elevation, structural steel, roofing, wood trellis, mechanical ventilation system with exhaust hood and fire suppression system, plumbing, and electrical, finishes, architectural CMU partitions, and countertops.

The Scope of Work also includes completing construction of the Check-In building using Owner furnished items.
