Description

The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, material, equipment and ancillary support necessary to complete the work described within these specifications.

In general, this work consists of removing and disposing the existing asphalt and installing a new basketball half-court with a sport coating complete with one (1) basketball hoops, two (2) sport benches, and two (2) game tables. Construction will require the relocation of an existing catch basin, the demolition and disposal of an existing fence between the proposed basketball half-court and existing baseball diamond, the installation of a new fence, and the installation of plantings to buffer neighboring properties to the basketball half-court.

It is not intended that this description be all inclusive of each and every item required, but rather serve as information illustrating the general scope and nature of work for the convenience of the Bidders. The quantities shown are for estimating purposes only and may be increased or decreased as directed by the Director of Technical Services.
