TE 2017-27 - Charles J. Cook Pool Bathhouse and Snack Bar Reconstruction

The Town of Cortlandt is seeking Proposals from qualified Consultants to prepare bid specifications for the demolition of an existing 6750 square foot bath house and snack bar and the design a new bath house and snack bar along with ancillary facilities such as a miniature golf course at the Charles J. Cook Pool.  The proposed facility must meet all NYS Building Codes, NYS and Westchester County Sanitary Codes.
The proposed bath house, snack bar and ancillary uses shall be located within the primary footprint of the existing structure.  The size of the new building will be dependent upon the number of required fixtures, access to the pool facility and DOH rules and regulations.  The project budget for construction shall be assumed to be $1.1 - $1.3 million dollars including remediation to the existing onsite wastewater sanitary system, miniature golf course and parking improvements as required.
