NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking bids for restroom facilities improvements projects at Thomas Boyce Park, 6420 Route 55, Wingdale, NY and J. H. Ketcham Memorial Park at 46 Ketcham Park, Dover Plains, NY. Bid packets may be obtained starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/solicitations/open-bids/page1, or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, or at www.doverny.us under the “Business” tab and then “Bids and RFPs.”
Interested bidders may schedule site visits by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112 by 12 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023. Questions may be submitted until 12 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023 by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 Ext. 112. This project is subject to NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates PRC#2023006059.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled, “Boyce Park and J. H. Ketcham Park Restroom Facilities Improvement Projects” to the Dover Town Clerk at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 when they will be opened and publicly read. The public is welcome to attend the bid opening.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
