REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR DOVER LIBRARY PARKING LOT AND AMERICAN LEGION DRIVEWAY AND PARKING AREA PAVING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Dover seeks sealed bids for a paving improvement project at the Dover Library Parking Lot and American Legion Driveway and Parking Area at 1797 Route 22 in Wingdale, NY. Bids will be available during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Friday, September 13, 2024 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office at 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains NY, by email at townclerk@doverny.us, on the Town’s “Bids/RFPs” website at https://www.doverny.us/bids and on Empire Purchasing Group/Bidnet at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk of the Town of Dover at Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 when they will be opened and publicly read.
A site visit may be scheduled by contacting the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at (845) 832-6111 (then Option 2 for the Town Clerk’s Office) before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.

The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
