TOWN OF DOVER ADVERTISEMENT FOR 2025 TOWN HIGHWAY MATERIALS BIDS
The Town of Dover Town Board will be accepting sealed bids for Highway Road Materials for the year 2025.
Bid packages will be available starting Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, NY between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, and on the Town of Dover’s “Bids and RFPs” webpage, https://www.doverny.us/bids.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “2025 Highway Materials Bid” to the Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 when they will be opened and publicly read.
Any questions regarding the bid(s) may be directed to the Town of Dover Highway Superintendent at (845) 832-9567 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The F.O.B. plant price will be analyzed with full consideration given to the distance of the plant to the Town of Dover Highway Garage. F.O.B. plant bids shall be within the State of New York.
