TOWN OF DOVER REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOWN-BASED SMALL BUSINESSES AND NONPROFITS MARKETING, BRANDING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking requests for proposals for consultant services to research, develop, prepare and present a town-based small businesses and nonprofits marketing, branding and economic development plan. Requests for proposals may be obtained starting on Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Town of Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/solicitations/open-bids/page1, or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us, or at www.doverny.us under the “Business” tab and then “Bids and RFPs.”
RFPs may be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10 a.m. on Monday, February 21, 2022 when they will be opened and read by conference call at www.freeconferencecall.com. Interested bidders may contact the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us for instructions to participate in the RFP opening conference call by Friday, February 18, 2022.
