TOWN OF DOVER
REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR 2019 BOYCE PARK AND DOVER PLAINS LIBRARY WATER SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking qualified bidders for the Town of Dover 2019 Boyce Park and Dover Plains Library Water System Modifications Project. This is a public works project with PRC Schedule #2019004330.
RFP packets will be available starting on Monday, July 1, 2019 at the Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The RFP packet and the NYS DOL PRC Schedule will also be posted to the “Information” banner and “Bids and RFPs” webpage of the Town of Dover’s website at http://townofdoverny.us/RFPs_Bids.cfm. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
A site walk will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 and meet at Dover Plains Library, 1797 Route 22 Wingdale, NY. Although this meeting is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as pertinent information will be discussed. If warranted, an addendum to the bid packet will be published as soon as possible after the site walk. It will be the responsibility of the interested bidder to view or request any addendum information that will be available by request to the Dover Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@townofdoverny.us and posted to the “Bids and RFPs” webpage of the Town of Dover website.
RFPs should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside: 2019 Boyce Park and Dover Plains Library Water Systems Modifications Project and delivered by mail or in-person to the Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 when they will be opened and publicly read.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
