SEASONAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
FOR CHADWICK LAKE PARK
The Town of Newburgh, New York invites bids from qualified vendors
to furnish weekly grounds maintenance services at Chadwick Lake
Park during the period April 20, 2020 through the week of
October 31, 2020.
Sealed bids will be accepted on behalf of the Town of Newburgh Town Board by the Town Clerk at 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, New York, 12550 until 11:00 a.m., prevailing time on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Meeting Room of Town Hall.
The services will include mowing, string trimming, leaf blowing, mulching and/or removal (when applicable) of the following areas of Chadwick Lake Park: playground, pavilion, roller hockey rink and walkways. The Park must be serviced weekly, preferably early morning as not to effect Park/camp operations. This bid
solicitation additionally includes provisions for the submission of bids and options at the Town’s election to award contract extensions for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
BIDS SHALL BE ON FORMS PROVIDED BY THE TOWN CLERK. Forms and detailed specifications are available to interested bidders between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Town Clerk’s Office.
