TOWN OF GUILDERLAND
REQUEST TO BIDDERS - USED FORD SUV
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the purchase of (2) used Ford SUVs. The minimum requirements for purchase are listed below:
o Ford Edge or Explorer SUV
o 2020 or newer
o Less than 25,000 miles on the vehicle
o EcoBoost gasoline engine — not Hybrid
o Automatic Transmission
o SEL Trim or better
o No restriction on color
o NYS DMV vehicle inspection
Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. Thursday, February 16th, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, Route 20, McCormack's Corners, Guilderland, New York.
Bids shall be in duplicate, in sealed envelopes, which shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the subject of the bid.
Certification of Non-Collusion must be attached to each bid.
Detailed Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bids must be submitted in duplicate, in sealed envelopes marked '*Used Ford SUV" and sent to: Lynne Buchanan, Town Clerk, Guilderland Town Hall, PO Box 339, Guilderland, New York 12084.
