Sealed Bids for the Public Works Facility Fueling Station Project will be received by the Town of Ithaca at the
Town Hall located at 215 North Tioga St, Ithaca, NY 14850 until 1:00 PM local time on March 16, 2023.
The Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

Bids shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and clearly marked “Town of Ithaca – Public Works Facility
Fueling Station Project.” The envelope must also bear the name and address of the bidder.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the
maximum amount of the bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the
necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him/he
