Description

The Town plans to renovate their building space occupied by tenant LMC Media as an office space suite located on the third floor of the Mamaroneck Town Center. Plans include demolition within the suite and new construction as indicated to create an open office, small private office/conference room, equipment rental space, and relocation of the existing servers into a new server room. Infrastructure shall be provided within the suite and, where indicated, shall conform to all requirements for tying into the existing Town Center systems.
