25-15 - Security Emergency Communication Application

The Ulster County Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) seeks Security Emergency Communication Applications that help School District Administrators in school districts in the Mid-Hudson Regional Information Center (MHRIC) service area and other districts outside of our service area, as well as Administrators for municipalities in New York State to communicate to staff during a security drill, incident or threat. This Invitation is a formal request for services (as described herein) and represents the vehicle by which these services will be procured.
