NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573 until 3:30 p.m. local time on April 21, 2023 at which time and place sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR GEOTHERMAL HEATING AND COOLING PROJECT AT THE VILLAGE HALL AND SENIOR/COMMUNITY CENTER

The Request for Proposals may be procured at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York on March 24, 2023 9:00 a.m. local time and are also available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov
All submissions must be submitted by electronic format (ex. CD or USB flash drive; e-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) contained in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “RFP #2023-07 “DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR GEOTHERMAL HEATING AND COOLING PROJECT AT THE VILLAGE HALL AND SENIOR/COMMUNITY CENTER.” Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.

The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities at its discretion in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Port Chester. Your cooperation in adhering to the procedures outlined above and contained within the specifications is greatly appreciated.
