VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FORUNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITY SERVICES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
RFQ No.: 2021-01
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Village of Port Chester, New York in the Village Clerk's Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, for Undergrounding of Overhead Utility Services in the Public Right-of-Way. The date and time by which submissions are to be made is September 24, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. local time, after which date and time no submissions will be accepted.
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be available at 9:00 a.m. on September 3, 2021 at the Village Clerk's Office, 222 Grace Church Street, First Floor, and Port Chester, New York. The office is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (except legal holidays). It will also be available via download from the Village of Port Chester website at https://www.portchesterny.gov/bids.
All submissions must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITY SERVICES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
E-mailed or faxed submissions will not be accepted.
No respondent may withdraw his or her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive any procedural irregularity, and make multiple awards if in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester
