The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals for Floor Stripping, Scrubbing and Waxing of the Composition Tile (VCT) flooring at the Anthony J. Posillipo Community Center located at 32 Garibaldi Place, Rye Brook, New York as follows:
Scope of work
- Strip all vinyl composition tile (VCT) to include scrubbing and clean up of all base boards, edges and apply (3) coats of floor finish to the following areas: (See attached photos)
- Pool Table Room Lobby
- Craft Room First and Second Floor stair landing near basement
- Multi-Purpose Room
- Clean and Sanitize Ladies and Mens Bathroom Tile Floor and Kitchen Tile Floor.
If there are any questions please feel free to call Elizabeth Rotfeld at 914 939 7904. Contractors must be insured. Please provide all necessary materials, equipment and labor for a complete job. Project is prevailing wage and certified payrolls must be submitted with payment. The Village of Rye Brook is tax exempt.
