Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Rye Brook requests pricing/proposals to perform repairs as listed below to the existing façade at Village Hall. The façade consists of EIFS and brick through out. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, parts, labor, tools, cleanup, etc Project will be awarded to the lowest total price. This is a Prevailing wage project and Certified Payrolls will be required prior to payment If there are any questions please feel free to call Michal Nowak at 914 939 0753 x 2965. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the project. Existing material type cannot be confirmed by the Village however building plans specified FSI systems.
