Important Note to Vendors:
In submitting the quote, the vendor agrees that acceptance of any or all quotations by the Purchasing Office within ten (10) days constitutes an agreement. Further the vendor states that he/she will enter into an agreement with the Village of Scarsdale to furnish the items called for, in the manner and within the time prescribed for the price(s) identified above for the period of one (1) year. All quotations are exempt from state, local & federal taxes, federal ID 136007327. All quantities listed are approximate quantities for the purchase of manholes over a 1-year period. Prices quoted shall include the cost for both the cover and grate.
