Description

The principal feature of the work to be performed is the removal and installation of the existing boiler with two (2) new boilers, replacement of the existing roof-mounted RTU#1, RTU#2, and Dectron pool, heating and cooling air handling units with new and all associated electrical, piping, ductwork, supports, controls, fire alarm, gas piping, roof/equipment curbs, rigging, and required roof work.

OBTAINING DOCUMENTS: The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained at the Village Clerk's Office, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562, (914) 762-8428, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM beginning on Monday, March 17, 2025. Said physical documents may be obtained upon deposit of $100.00 for each combined set of drawings and specifications. The deposit is refundable upon return of the specifications booklet within 30 days of the award of the contract in accordance with Section 102 of the General Municipal Law. Documents are also available electronically at no cost to prospective bidders. Interested parties should email kdoherty@villageofossiningny.gov for electronic documents.
