Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the Village Clerk, Municipal Building, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562 for the following contract:

CONTRACT NO. DPW-23-04: James Street Sidewalk Improvements

The scope of work includes the replacement of concrete sidewalks, cast-in-place concrete curbs, catch basin repairs, and pedestrian and vehicular drop curbs. Associated work includes restoration of asphalt roadway, driveways, and lawns. There is one alternate which includes catch basin repairs and associated work.

The bids shall be in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings and Terms of the proposed contract. These proposals will be received by Susanne Donnelly, Village Clerk, Village of Ossining, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562 until 10:00 a.m., Prevailing Time, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

OBTAINING DOCUMENTS: The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained at the Village Clerk's Office, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562, (914) 762-8428, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. beginning on Monday, June 5, 2023. Said Documents may be obtained upon deposit of $100.00 for each combined set of drawings and specifications. The deposit is refundable upon return of the specifications booklet within 30 days of the award of the contract in accordance with Section 102 of the General Municipal Law
