All bidders are advised to become familiar with the site by scheduling a pre-bid site visit with the Village of Ossining's Department of Public Works. Site visits can be arranged by email, dpw@villageofossining.org or by phone at (914) 941-4660. These visits can be scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. The consultant will be available at that time to provide access to the roof and to respond to questions. Bidders will sign in for these meetings. Additional information or clarifications will be shared with all bidders.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained at the Village Clerk's Office, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, N.Y. 10562, (914) 762-8428, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM beginning on Monday, March 13, 2023. Said Documents may be obtained upon deposit of $100.00 for each combined set of drawings and specifications. The deposit is refundable upon return of the specifications booklet within 30 days of the award of the contract in accordance with Section 102 of the General Municipal Law.
