Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022 at the Office of the Village Clerk, ROOM 306, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for Janitorial Services for the Village of Pleasantville, NY.
No Bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.
The Bid Documents may be obtained from the Empire State Purchasing Group website at the following web address: http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. There is no cost to the Bidder for this service. Bid documents will be available after 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2022.
If the Bidder is unable to utilize the electronic version, Bid Proposal Forms may be procured at the office of the Village Clerk, ROOM 306, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, New York beginning Monday, October 3, 2022 between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Bids shall be made on the Proposal forms furnished with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. Bidders who submit certified checks must accompany them with a Consent of Surety from a recognized Bonding Company. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Pleasantville, New York and are to be held by Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof.
Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside as “Janitorial Services for the Village of Pleasantville, NY, Bid #2022-7."
