The Consulting Engineer (i.e. Consultant) will work with the Village of Pleasantville to conduct a high-level water system audit and summary of existing water system operations, focused on NYC Water Board allowable per capita and excess consumption and finances. This will result in a Technical Memorandum that will provide a structure and consolidated baseline information for future rate studies, condition and capacity assessments, capital planning and operational adjustments by identifying key areas of focus and information gaps in the water system operation.
