This is a project to rehabilitate a small bridge in Westchester County NY, specifically in the village of Tarrrytown, including welding, concrete & painting. See plans on pages 177-190 for detailed work requested. All interested parties should review the entireity of the bid document.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Bid for H- Bridge Rehabilitation – Bid Contract 2020-05 – Wednesday, June 9th, 2021”
Bidder must comply with Federally Funded Project Contract Goals: 9% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”)6.9% Women Employment Goal 22.6% Minority Employment GoalThere is no M/WBE requirement on Federally Funded Projects Construction Completion Date: December 15, 2021.
There are No Residence or Geographical Restrictions.
Should local and state requirements differ from federal, federal requirements will prevail. Bidders and sub-contractors must have an approved NYS Uniform Contracting Questionnaire (CCA-2) on file.
A pre-construction meeting with the NYSDOT Local Projects Construction Liaison is required.
The successful Bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of the Federal Government Equal Employment Opportunity clauses issued by the Secretary of Labor on May 2, 1968 and published in the Federal Register (41 CFR Part 60-1, 33 F.2 7804). Successful bidders will be required to pay prevailing wage rates on this contract.
