RFP-37-15 - Assistance in Emergency Planning, Exercise, Response and Cost Reco

Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by Warren County Office of Emergency Services (OES) for the purpose of issuing a contract for the assistance and support, on as-needed basis, to the OES and staff with Disaster/Emergency planning activities, training, exercises program development and support, on-site emergency response personnel and disaster cost recovery activities. 

The need for consulting services with trained and qualified personnel to assist OES to prepare for, respond to and recovery from a disaster is critical. The occurrences of catastrophic events, including natural, man-made, biological, and hazmat, enforces the critical need to: develop and maintain plans and procedures, test those plans and procedures, have response capability and the ability to recover from a disaster, as well as to include recovery of associated costs.
