Description

INTENT:
It is the intent of these specifications to secure a bid for Bakery Products as more fully set forth below.

SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Bakery Products in two separate groups for both Warren and Hamilton County sites. Vendors may bid pricing for one or both groups and then choose which sites they wish to service for that group.

Group 1 is for Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885 and Cedars I, LP, 35 Evergreen Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804. Group 2 will be comprised of the remaining OFA Meal Sites. The Warren County sites are located in Lake Luzerne, Johnsburg and Bolton Landing and the Hamilton County sites are located in Indian Lake, Long Lake and Wells. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site. Please see attached sheet for location of meal sites.

Due to COVID-19 and restricted access to County facilities, bids may be submitted by curbside drop off or via USPS, FedEx or UPS to the undersigned at Warren County Human Services Building, Warren County Purchasing Department, 3rd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York 12845. If dropping off via curbside delivery, vendors must make an appointment with the Purchasing Department and will be met at the front of the building upon their scheduled time. Bids will be received up until Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at which time they will be opened. Please note, County mail is picked up from the Lake George Post Office each weekday morning. Bids delivered to said post office on the afternoon of bid opening day will not be received until the following day. Please account for this if using the USPS. FedEx and UPS deliver directly to the Municipal Center.
