Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of the County of Warren to secure bids for the furnishing and applying of Bituminous Dust Control Materials. These materials must meet all of the State of New Yokr Department of Environmental Conservation requirements regarding pollution. No bid will be considered for any dust control material which does not meet the specifications set forth in the Detailed Specifications or which may violate any current rules and regulations pertaining to the uses of dust control products.
