RFB-WC 23-10 - Bridge & Structure Repairs, Rehab & Heavy Construction

Summary of Specifications:
These specifications are prepared for purposes of obtaining bids and having a successful bidder on call for repair, rehabilitation and heavy construction of various bridges and structures for the Warren County Department of Public Works as needed and when requested according to the New York State Department of Transportation Bridge Inspection reports and Standard Specifications For Construction And Materials (and addenda thereto) as dated May 1, 2008. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be only for work and material requested by the Warren County Superintendent of Public Works. A Scope of Work and a Not to Exceed Price shall be developed for each project. The scope and costs shall be agreed upon by the Contractor and the County prior to the commencement of each project. A Project Schedule encompassing a reasonable period of time defined by start and end dates shall be agreed upon and included in the scope for each project.
