Summary of Specifications:
This contract shall cover coffee and water services for Warren County facilities for the following sites: Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg; Warren County Municipal Center & Human Services Building, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George; Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury (coffee only); the Department of Public Works facilities located in Queensbury, Lake George, Warrensburg, and North Creek; and any other designated County facility which may be added during the term of this bid.

Please note: Warren County is currently evaluating proposals to sell/privatize Westmount Health Facility. If the facility is sold prior to the end of this bid, the County reserves the right to terminate the bid for said facility.
