Summary of Specifications:
INTENT: It is the intent of these specifications to have a contract in place with the successful bidder to rehabilitate the existing bituminous paved area on Olmstedville Road (CR 19), in the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY and Trout Lake Road (CR 48) in the Town of Bolton, Warren County, NY by using Cold-In-Place Recycling Hammermill Method for the Warren County Department of Public Works.

SCOPE OF WORK: The work shall consist of scarifying the existing bituminous paved area to form an asphaltic stabilized base.
