Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Request for Proposals is to obtain a Consultant for the final design and construction support and inspection for the installation of fire sprinklers and a carbon monoxide detection system at the Westmount Health Facility. The existing facility does not have a sprinkler system. Warren County has been notified by the Department of Health that sprinklers must be installed by 2013 with certain interim design deadlines as more fully set forth below. The selected Consultant will complete a final design, bid documents, bid analysis, construction support and construction inspection as needed for a complete installation.
