This contract shall cover Disposable Food Service Items for the Warren County Municipal Center, 1340 Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warren County Correctional Facility, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804; and nine (9) Warren/Hamilton County Meal Sites (see attached page for locations), and any other designated county facility that may be added during the term of this bid.
