RFP-WC 35-16 - Floyd D. Bennett Memorial Airport Hay Crop Land Lease

Summary of Specifications:
INTENT: 

Warren County Department of Public Works seeks to enter into a LAND LEASE AGREEMENT for the purpose of maintaining fields (haying) at the Floyd D. Bennett Memorial Airport located at 443 Queensbury Avenue, Queensbury, NY 12804. 

TERM: The prices proposed shall remain in effect beginning on the agreement execution date through a term ending December 31, 2018. The lease may be extended for two additional three (3) year terms upon rates and terms agreed by both parties. Nothing contained herein or elsewhere in this Request for Proposals shall be deemed to require the County to renew or extend the Lease beyond the initial term. One or two year terms may be considered at the discretion of the Superintendent of Public Works.
