Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: This contract shall cover Janitorial Supplies for the Warren County Municipal Center, 1340 Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804 and eight (8) Warren/Hamilton County Meal Sites (see attached page for locations), and any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please note that Warren County is currently in the process of selling Westmount Health Facility. If the facility is sold prior to the end of this bid, the County reserves the right to terminate the bid for said facility.
