INTENT:
It is the intent of these specifications to secure bids for various Nursing Supplies.

TERM OF BID:
For a one (1) year term commencing December 1, 2023 and terminating November 30, 2024 with no escalation clause.

SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Nursing Supplies for Countryside Adult Home, Warren County Health Services Department, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Warren County Office of Emergency Services, Warren County Probation Department, and any other designated County facility or municipality that may be added during the term of this bid.
