Description

These specifications are to obtain contracted services for on call repair, replacement, installation, preventive maintenance of Overhead Door systems at various facilities throughout Warren County. Drop test inspection & certification of rolling fire doors may be requested as well. The contract shall be for routine, general work as per the Uniform Building Code on an on-call basis. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be made for work and materials requested by the departments listed herein.

Due to COVID-19 and restricted access to County facilities, bids may be submitted by curbside drop off or via USPS, FedEx or UPS to the undersigned at Warren County Human Services Building, Warren County Purchasing Department, 3rd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York 12845. If dropping off via curbside delivery, vendors must make an appointment with the Purchasing Department and will be met at the front of the building upon their scheduled time. Bids will be received up until Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at which time they will be opened and read live on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs6noUACIHSxGD1Mvk2WRDQ.

Please note, County mail is picked up from the Lake George Post Office each weekday morning. Bids delivered to said post office on the afternoon of bid opening day will not be received until the following day and will be considered late. Please account for this if using the USPS. FedEx and UPS deliver directly to the Municipal Center.
