Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to obtain bids for purchase, delivery and installation of kitchen equipment at the Lake Luzerne Senior Center. The equipment shall be furnished complete and ready to operate and shall be in compliance with all New York State Laws. Detailed specifications of each piece of equipment are included herewith as Attachment "A". Drawings of the kitchen layout plan, electrical schedule and plumbing schedule are included as Attachment "B".
