Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe and obtain two (2) air-handling units for Westmount Health Facility located at 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, New York. This is for the purchase and delivery of the air-handling units only. No installation will be required. The units shall be furnished complete and ready to operate with all accessories specified installed. Each unit shall be complete with all equipment required by applicable New York State Laws.
