SCOPE:
It is the intent of these specifications to obtain bids for the purchase of equipment for the Warren County Office of
Emergency Services on behalf of certain marine rescue teams. In order to maintain consistency within the rescue
teams, no substitutions will be considered from the brands and item numbers listed.

TERM OF BID:
This shall be a one-time purchase. If vendors are able to hold pricing longer in the event that other Municipalities would
like to purchase units, please indicate on the proposal page how long vendor is willing to hold pricing.
